Paleo diet food list can help you manage Paleolithic diet & to feel like Homo sapiens.

About 130 years ago, Homo sapiens have Paleolithic diet as the nutritional food. They lived from hunting, fishing, and gathering and to some extent agriculture too. These diet called the Paleolithic comprises of two phases in which the first one is low in sugar and the second one is rich in protein and fiber. The first phase of the diet helps in weight loss and the second one helps in weight stabilization. These diets mainly includes poultry, fish, seafood, lot of vegetables, some fruits, bran, eggs, tofu, tempeh and dries fruit too. This diet scenario provides meal replacement drinks to be taken and consumption of sauces and mustard should be avoided. Consumption of sugar should also be reduced and green tea, fruit juice & wine should be taken.
The Paleo diet food list can help you to eat according and same as Homo sapiens. These lists are comprised of meat, chicken breast, and turkey breast, eggs of duck, goose and chicken. Meat is very healthy and can be taken in breakfast, lunch as well as in dinner. The foodstuffs in this diet list is also on event of losing weight like walnut which is used a lot in this food list is the best highest Omega3 containing dry fruit that helps in losing weight and makes the heart healthy. Dairy products should not be used according to this food list like powdered milk, ice creams, and cereal grains.
